ALA Awards VIBE Media the Elevate ALA Award
During the 2023 Annual Conference of the Association of Legal Administrators Annual Conference, VIBE Media along with GLJ Benefit Consultants and Affinity Consulting Group were awarded the Elevate ALA Award for our joint venture in creating the Lemonade for Legal Virtual Events during 2020-2023.
What is Lemonade?
Lemonade for Legal was an idea between Debbie Foster from Affinity, Alan Wilson from GLJ BC, and Rich Wilson from VIBE Media during the 2020 pandemic when no in-person events were happening. So they decided to create a ‘day of education, inspiration and entertainment’ by creating a virtual event where the legal community can continue to come together for learning and leadership building. And since then they have done 3 more events that have benefited hundreds of legal professionals.
What is the Elevate ALA Award?
The Elevate ALA Award recognizes recipients whose efforts in professional development, networking, visibility, and inclusion are exemplary. These efforts should demonstrate advancement in the following areas:

VIBE Media was integral from the initial concept to the full execution of the event, expertly managing every aspect of the process. They handled everything from directing and filming to providing comprehensive streaming services, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. Their team served as the backbone of each Lemonade conference, bringing together technical expertise and creative vision to make every event memorable and impactful. Their dedication and meticulous attention to detail played a crucial role in the success of the conferences.
